Fresh cut French fries and hand made shakes? Yeah, we will definitely be back. Even though we pass this place on a weekly basis, we've never stopped until today.

As I travel for business, the greater Chicago area is a frequent stop. Corporate travelers, please stop off the national food train chains and hit a local gem. I was greeted with a warm reception and instantly spotted by the staff as not a regular because nobody knew my name. I place my order of the #1, two dogs and fries. The staff informed me of the daily specials downgrade the price I paid and made sure I was ok with the dog and all its fixings. To me there isn't many things on a lunch menu priced better and tastier than a good dog. These dogs were loaded condiments and taste in every bite. Scooby's is a new lunch stop for me and highly recommended.

This is a good Hot Dog location in the Arlington Heights area. Good variety of eats here including: Hot Dogs, Burgers, Beefs, Polishes, Tamales, Fresh Cut Fries, Italian Sausages, Shakes, the list goes on and on. They also have Green River in the fountain, which is amazing to say the least. Workers are very friendly and even recognize you by name after a few visits. Highly recommended.

This a simple and short review. I have only been here for lunch and had the polish sausage with grilled onions and mustard "Maxwell St". And is amazing!!!
The place is small with a few tables and lunch time is when the locals go there for a quick bite or takeout. It's decor is very cool and definitely has a lot of Chicago memorabilia.
Located right on Arlington Hts Rd so it's on a Main Street with a small parking lot. Definitely a must try.
